Last week was so bad/hectic. This week is looking about the same, so I am going to keep this verse for another week.

- Finish getting pertinent information from daycares & summer camps.
- Finish hurricane/disaster training.
- Carefully monitor new staff person.
- Write one overdue report.
- Night Time Routine... especially the ironing before bed.

Sunday - red beans & rice
Monday - crock-pot chicken & new potatoes, broiled asparagus, boiled corn, & biscuits with watermelon & peanut butter squares for dessert
Tuesday - favorite local burger joint
Wednesday - pork chops & gravy, mashed potatoes, purple hulled peas, sliced tomatoes, & salad
Thursday - chicken & rice with broccoli
Friday - practice grilling burgers before Sunday!
Saturday - grilled chicken, grilled squash and zucchini, homemade bread, & rice
Sunday - (Big 4th of July Family grill out!) Grandma Elsie's Burgers grilled by My Love, baked beans, cold slaw, corn on the cob, watermelon, & cake
(I'm going Sunday - Sunday this week because of the National Holiday)
Snack of the Week - energy bars
Dessert of the Week - peanut butter bars & watermelon
