Dinner - red beans and rice with tossed salad
Chore of the day - 30 minutes folding laundry & discuss bills with DH

30 minutes SS (PM)
Valentines Day dinner with DH

Wednesday: (work 6:30 - 4:00)
Read chronological bible reading for today.
60 minutes CT (PM)
Dinner - steak, sweet potatoes, green beans
Chore of the day - 30 minutes cleaning dresser, nightstand, and bedroom

Thursday:
Read chronological bible reading for today.
30 SS (PM)
Dinner - Chicken, pasta, broccoli
Chore of the day - bill check & 30 minute swish and swipe full house

Friday : (work 6:30 - 4:00)
Read chronological bible reading for today.
2 miles (PM)
Dinner - fish, mozzarella rice, and mixed veggies
Happy = Movie night with DH.

Saturday : (off)

3.5 mile run (PM)
Brain Break - Do something fun just for me.

Dinner - Meatless Monday - black beans and rice with a tossed salad (include avocado)
Chore of the day - 30 minutes folding laundry & discuss bills with DH

Tuesday:
Read chronological bible reading for today.
Run 2 miles (PM)
Dinner - chicken, potatoes, kale
Chore of the day - vaccum living room, clean bathrooms

Wednesday:
Read chronological bible reading for today.
30 minutes CT (PM)
Dinner - steak, sweet potatoes, green beans
Chore of the day - 30 minutes cleaning and organizing back room

Thursday:
Read chronological bible reading for today.
2 miles (PM)
Dinner - Chicken, rice, broccoli
Chore of the day - bill check & 30 minute declutter master bedroom.

Friday : (work 9:00-11:00)

30 minutes CT (PM)
Work field trip 9:00-12:00. 
Brain Break - Do something FUN just for me.
Dinner - fish, mac-n-cheese & spinach
Happy = Movie night with DH.
